Our Solutions
- We built the digital twin and enabled the mechatronics constrained model for virtual commissioning.
- The mechanical model and the electronic are interconnected with NX-MCD & PLCSIM via TIA Portal.
- The machine is virtually commissioned. The operation & performance of machine & machine software validated in the digital twin.
- The commissioned program tested on the actual machine with an accuracy of 95%. The physical machine was then commissioned.
Results
- Enabling Digital Twin for virtual commissioning let the customer validate the software during the machine manufacturing process.
- The customer was able to deliver the machine on time with a reduced lead time from 6 months to 4 months.
- Virtual commissioning through Digital Twin saved the customer about 20% of development cost and reduces 30% of product lead time
