The Foundation is Laid
Our journey began in 2019 when Naresh Arunagiri and Madhan Kumar Paramahamsan founded the company with a clear vision: to provide end-to-end digitization solutions tailored for OEMs. We commenced our operations by delivering engineering solutions for the U.S. market, laying the foundation for intelligent, connected manufacturing ecosystems.
First Milestones Achieved
Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we successfully secured our first orders from the U.S. market, marking a critical milestone. Despite global disruptions, we delivered cutting-edge solutions in Digital Twin technology, implemented digital process enhancements for legacy industries, and supported technology modernization projects—maintaining technical excellence while scaling operations.
Digital Transformation Begins
We achieved a significant breakthrough by launching our Virtual Commissioning solution for a leading HVAC client in the United States. This initiative reduced machine lead times by 20%, positioning us as pioneers in this domain. Simultaneously, we expanded into the automotive sector, winning projects in AUTOSAR, Functional Safety (FuSA), and Cybersecurity, further diversifying our technological footprint.
Scaling Across Industries
With growing client demand and a maturing portfolio, we continued to expand our services and capabilities. We secured a two-year contract with a Global Engineering Center (GEC) for an autoclave manufacturer in the United States, along with a mechanical design solution project for a healthcare machinery manufacturer, also based in the U.S.
Embedded & Automotive Intelligence
We launched SiteSenz, our proprietary Real-Time Monitoring product for industrial applications, and onboarded key clients such as HAP. Expanding our global presence, we partnered with a Poland-based company to establish their India operations under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, managing end-to-end execution from legal incorporation to team recruitment and office setup.
Global Supply Chain & PLM
We introduced a comprehensive Engineering Platform for CAD Services, offering a unified, one-stop solution for managing all CAD-related workflows. This platform significantly streamlines design processes and enhances engineering productivity.
TripSenz & MNLogiQ
Two landmark ventures define 2025. TripSenz — a connected EV charging ecosystem integrating vehicles, users, charging stations, service providers, and the power grid through digital platforms and real-time data exchange. MNLogiQ — the AI innovation division of MN Group, transforming enterprise operations through intelligent automation and future-readiness across industries.
